PURPOSE OF SAFETY ESCORT
The purpose of the Student Safety Patrol, which operates out of the UNCG Police Department, is to provide safer passage for faculty, staff, students, and visitors who feel unsafe on campus after dark.

The Student Safety Patrol utilizes student employees.  Sunday through Friday bike personnel will provide safety escorts throughout the campus.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Sunday through Friday 6:00 pm until 11:00 pm. After 11:00 pm, Security and Police personnel will assist all safety escorts to those who feel unsafe.

Saturday’s, Holidays and University Breaks, the Police will provide assistance for all safety escorts.

If your safety escort does not arrive within 15 minutes, please call again to check the status for your wait.
